2) Hunter College professor and author Mimi Abromovitz, who assesses the Clinton Administration's record on confronting poverty as the president concluded a tour of the nation's poorest regions.

3)Michael Lux, with People for the American Way, who examines the record of Texas Gov. George W. Bush, as he works to cultivate a moderate image while campaigning for the presidency.

1)Kevin Danaher, cofounder of Global Exchange, who examines the underlying causes for income inequality around the world as documented in a United Nations report.

2)Dennis Bernstein, a recently fired news producer at KPFA-FM, the Pacifica Network's radio station in Berkeley, California, who describes recent events which led to a lock out of all staff and a suspension of local programming there.

3)Earl Standberry, Gulf War Veteran, who talks about "Stonewalk," a project where he and other activists are pulling by hand, a 2,000-pound monument from Massachusetts to Arlington National Cemetery, in remembrance of civilians who have died in war.
